Toilet cleaner, citrus bathspray really good, washing liquid disappointing

Toilet cleaner / spray do the job and come with a nice strong lemony smell. Cleaning liquid for dishes is somewhat disappointing because it did not foam at all...have tried other organic liquids which seem better.
